Weiss Associates to Present at the October 23 meeting of Northern California Chapter of the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals

At the October meeting of Northern California Chapter of the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (NCC-AHMP) ,Weiss Associates will provide an overview of the requirements of the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Order 2009-0009-DWQ). Weiss will review the current permit, highlight changes from the previous permit, and summarize storm water pollution plans, inspections, monitoring, rain event action plans, reporting via SMARTS and post-construction requirements. A short summary of the status of the revised Industrial Storm Water General Permit Order 97-03-DWQ will also be discussed.
