Weiss Associates recently became a member of the City of Emeryville’s Healthy City Initiative. The Initiative is designed to foster a healthy and safe community by promoting seven core values. Each of the seven core values involves connections to business, government, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and individuals, with the Emeryville Chamber of Commerce serving as the central point for information. The Initiative’s seven core values are: Educational Health; Environmental Stewardship and Sustainable Growth; Personal Wellness and Physical Health; Economic Health; Civic Health; Artistic and Cultural Health; and Digital and Technological Leadership.
Weiss has an established corporate health and safety program that guides the firm’s approach to projects both in the office and in the field.
