Agata Sulczynska has more than 20 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary environmental planning and regulatory compliance projects. Her regulatory experience includes support for Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and state-led remediation work, regulatory reporting, negotiations with regulators, and development and implementation of compliance programs. She conducts environmental audits and assessments and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)/National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analyses. She has obtained permits for industrial facilities.

Ms. Sulczynska has designed and conducted training instruction on topics ranging from safety to corporate environmental liability. She has developed emergency response operation plans and conducted industrial hygiene monitoring of hazardous materials and radioactive contamination. She has performed legal work on water rights, development, forest management and recreation issues.
