Joyce Adams, PG, CHG, QISP, QSD 
  Senior Project Geologist
Joyce Adams is a geologist with a Bachelor’s Degree and more than 25  years of experience in soil and groundwater investigations, as well as 12 years  of experience in industrial and construction storm water management, hazardous  materials compliance, and waste management. Her experience includes  hydrogeologic and geochemical interpretation, subsurface investigations,  construction oversight, vapor intrusion risk assessments, industrial and  construction storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) development and  implementation, SWPPP training, health and safety management and training, and  field work supervision.  Ms. Adams was one of the first Trainer of Record  (ToR) and Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner under the recently  adopted General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial  Activities, Order 2014-0057-DWQ. 
Ms. Adams began her career  at Weiss in 1990, and in addition to developing an extensive portfolio of  client services, she managed Weiss’s corporate safety program for eight years  and developed and taught numerous occupational health and safety training  courses.
